About

Alpine Center for Personal Growth is an alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility that is located at 5689 South Redwood Road in Salt Lake City, Utah. Treating substance abuse involves multiple stages of treatment through a recovery program such as that offered by Alpine Center for Personal Growth. This can include group counseling, individual counseling, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and medically assisted detox, among many others. Treatment programs are based on the individual themselves and are constructed to suit each patient individually. Just as every person is unique, so should treatment programs and that is exactly what patients will receive at Alpine Center for Personal Growth.

If addicts do not obtain the right type of support and guidance, they may find treatment to be very difficult as the thought of sobriety can seem so far-fetched. At Alpine Center for Personal Growth, professional counseling and guidance are provided to all patients aged 18+, giving them the strength needed in order to obtain a life that is free of drug and alcohol addiction. By altering the patient's outlook on life through addiction treatment, they will be able to stay positive throughout the duration of rehab.

The staff members at Alpine Center for Personal Growth have a mission and that is to give patients effective and quality addiction treatment so that long-lasting sobriety can be obtained. The path to a positive future starts on a positive foot and that begins at Alpine Center for Personal Growth. Confronting addiction is a difficult thing to do, but it is the most important step in the recovery process. Through professional counseling during the patient's time in treatment, patients will learn coping skills and trigger management which is imperative to the success of maintaining sobriety.

Maintaining sobriety on one's own is extremely difficult, especially when the addict has tried to go 'cold turkey' on their own. This is because it requires medically-assisted detox in order to properly and safely wean the body off of the substance of abuse. This way the body does not go through sudden withdrawal nor experience harsh side effects. Alpine Center for Personal Growth can provide patients with all of the necessary tools, treatments, and resources so that patients have every opportunity to succeed in recovery.

Getting treatment is the best option when seeking a life that is free of substance abuse. Get the help required now and start living the best life possible. Contact Alpine Center for Personal Growth by visiting alpinecenters.com now.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. I go for personal growth, so I can't attest to their rehabilitation program. I can say that I and others I know have recieved great care.

Alpine gave me the ability to rebuild my life and my self. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Addiction is a tremendously difficult disease to understand and live with but Alpine has given me the tools and support I need to build a life around my sobriety. They continue to help through the after care program they offer and the community of fellow travelers I've come to know here. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction Alpine can help. They will help you heal and teach you how to protect yourself. Remember that mistakes and temporary failures are common and are part of the journey. In the end they can give you the tools but it's up to you to use them.

Alpine has saved my life. The staff here are the most understanding and amazing people you could ask for. I know that it can be hard if you are confused, but trust me, make the first call. Life is Beautiful Again!

This place saved my life. Such a touching experience to have started out in their day treatment program & to work through the process. I recommend the help that is offered here to everybody! You will not find another place like Alpine, and I've been to 3 different rehabs now...so from my personal experience, please, call them if you're struggling.

I began working with Tracy Anderson at Alpine Center after a 10-day hospitalization at UNI (a psychiatric hospital) for depression and anxiety. When I first began treatment my anxiety was still overwhelming me, and my depression took away any desire to engage in meaningful activity. As therapy progressed my anxiety and depression decreased a great deal, and I was able to enjoy activities and do the meaningful work I had done before hospitalization. Now therapy is centered on personal growth and living my life more fully. Tracy also supported me as I tapered off Ativan, which I had been on for several years. Without his help I would probably still be dependent on that drug.

I will forever be grateful to Alpine Centers and their staff for everything that they have done for me. They not only helped me get clean and sober, but they have also helped me maintain my sobriety. I have always able to feel that their staff and clinicians have a personal connection to the patients that they treat and truly empathize with what they, and their families, are going through, either because they are in recovery themselves, or from watching a loved one struggle with addiction. There's nothing more powerful than someone that has a passion for what they do and everyone at Alpine Centers has that and more. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking treatment for addiction or mental health treatment.

Hands down the best treatment center I have ever been to! I can honestly say that I would not be sober today without the help of many people at Alpine! I have 22 months sober now, and I never thought I could make it this long! Alpine will not turn anyone away and they are very personable and supportive! Not only does Alpine help with drug addiction, they also focus on life skills, depression, families and relapse prevention and so much more. I learned coping skills and I learned to open up about things i had bottled up for most of my life. They help you realize that there is more to an addict! We are people and need to find ourselves and love ourselves again! After you graduate the I.O.P. program you may attend the aftercare group, which is once a week. The aftercare group has been very helpful with staying sober and creating bonds with others in sobriety. Alpine has also sponsored the aftercare group for sober softball! This is our second season and it is so much fun! If you are looking for a treatment center for yourself or a loved one I highly recommend Alpine Center!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing my experience has been. Aleita was the first person I spoke to when I called and she was nothing short of kind and helpful - she went the extra mile to get me in as soon as possible and spent quite a lot of time on the phone with me answering my questions. I felt welcome the second I walked in the door. I met with Rick for my first appointment and was blown away with how compassionate and concerned he was for my well being. He even went out of his way to get me an appointment with the doctor the next day(how he did this, I have no idea, because she was completely booked out for a week). A financial adviser sat down with me and went over the whole insurance mumbo-jumbo so I was completely clear on what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. I am truly amazed and touched by this facility and every staff member inside. You can easily tell that these people love what they do.
